Axeadelphia Presents: Axes Under The Stars
Axeadelphia is proud to present our first ever official axe throwing tournament! To give our throwers a unique experience we will be hosting the event on private land up near Jim Thorpe PA. Just an hour and a half drive outside the city the event grounds feature a large area of land perfect for hiking and exploration!
For those of you looking to spend 2 nights on site we will be allowing people to show up any time after 8PM on Friday night. We will have lights and a generator to help you set up if you do go this route. Otherwise check in is available at any time on Saturday. The axe throwing tournament will begin at 2PM saturday and will run until our winner is declared!
Your purchase of a Tournament Participant ticket includes:
1. Entry into Saturday's Axe Throwing Tournament (100$ cash prize to the winner!)
2. A patch or a t-shirt commemorating the event (we aren't sure which yet)
3. Space for you to set up a tent on the private grounds
4. Dinner Saturday night during and after the tournament (Pizza and wings)
5. Access to all of the private grounds and activities (cornhole, disk golf, bocce and of course axe throwing while the tournament isn't going on.)
6. Access to the golf cart to go between the parking lot and base camp (usually a 5 min walk)
Since this will be hosted on private grounds drinking will be allowed. We will provide coolers but this is a byob event so please come prepared! We will have a very basic breakfast Sunday morning that you can enjoy as well (while supplies last).
