Join us at the farm in celebration of the approaching Lunar New Year! 2020 is the Year of the Rat, which symbolizes fertility, luck, and freedom. Ceremonial food is meaningful, rich in tradition, and tells a very important olfactory story. This class will emphasize the culinary history of celebratory foods and the importance of celebrating together as a community.

Limit 8 people (so we can fit around the farm table!)


During each Culinary Workshop, we invite a small group to the Caromont Kitchen to partake in an interactive afternoon of cooking, learning, and sharing our final product around the table. These workshops are casual and intimate, focusing on seasonal ingredients, flavor building techniques, basic knife skills, culinary culture, and good company.
