This event is the second in our new series of culinary workshops, where we invite a small group to the Caromont Kitchen to partake in an interactive evening of cooking, learning, and sharing our final product around the table. These workshops will be casual and intimate, focusing more on ingredients, culinary culture, and company, than recipes and technique.
This workshop will be inspired by Caromont owner, Gail Hobbs-Page's recent trip to Italy and will feature dishes learned from nonnas, sons and daughters during her travels. She will cook three dishes from three different regions - Bergamo (Lombardia), Genoa (Liguria), and Lecce (Puglia).
10 person limit (so we can all fit around the farm table!)
