Registration window November 4, 10:00 a.m. -December 1, 7:00 p.m.

It’s that time of the year! Come get some of that Christmas shopping done and support our young entrepreneurs of Heartland at the same time! Make sure to bring cash and possibly reusable bags to carry all those awesome goodies you purchase. We can’t wait to see you there!

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Check in at the entrance to the multi purpose center at 10am (located by the southeast parking lot)

*Students who are selling must arrive by 9:30am to set up their table.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? All ages are welcome. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Ticketbud

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free. Please park in the parking lot next to Cherry St.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No.
