Directions: Meet for carpooling at 8:00AM in the parking lot behind Subway at 6981 Cameron Blvd, Pacheco Pass Hwy (152 East) east of Gilroy. Cañada de los Osos is a Dept. of Fish & Wildlife facility open by invitation only, located at the east end of Jamieson Rd.
Highlights: Oak woodlands, grasslands, wetlands with possible Tri-colored Blackbird colony.
Difficulty: Mostly level walk, some creek beds to explore.
