Mayor Rickenmann will discuss key economic development wins, emerging trends shaping the local market, and new opportunities for growth within Columbia’s commercial real estate landscape. Attendees will gain a valuable perspective on how city initiatives, development activity, and public–private partnerships are influencing the region’s future.
