Join us at the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel for P&V's first annual Summer Camp!

A two-day event crafted with you in mind.

Day One: GOLD - A Legal Academy for Educators.

We are excited to offer our signature GOLD conference experience.

• Our first session will focus on key legal topics such as attendance, creating effective behavior programs, transition planning, and understanding the cost of non-compliance.
• During our second session, we will be hosting a Panel/Q&A session featuring experts in mental health, district implementation, and an experienced behaviorist from an NPS, addressing pre-submitted questions and offering practical insights.
• We close out our GOLD conference with our “GOLD”en Hour. During our final session, we will cover legal updates, including new laws and cases, as well as legal trends.

Day Two: Pick your pathway.

• First-year campers, for those of you who are new to special education or want a refresher, join us to learn about defensible assessments, IEPs, and procedural requirements for the same.
• Experienced campers, for those of you who are seasoned special educators, or who joined us for the "first-year campers" session last year - join us as we dive into topics such as DHH students, effective use of legal counsel, & behavior/de-escalation.
