AI in the AM is back for an encore this fall, running Tuesdays, October 6 through November 10, from 9–10 a.m. Bring your questions, join the conversation and stay sharp.

Hosted by SC Tech, an initiative of SC Competes, this virtual series is designed for South Carolina’s AI industry ambassadors and anyone looking to keep pace with the rapidly changing world of AI.

Think of it as AI office hours. Short, practical sessions where you can ask real questions and get real answers directly from AI, tech, and cyber leaders across the state. We’ll dig into tools, workflows, strategy, cybersecurity, implementation and more, with each session centered on what’s most useful to the people in the room.

Every session kicks off with a quick topic, but the real value is the conversation. No presentations. No pressure. No such thing as a dumb question.

Participants will receive the Zoom information via email the morning of the session.

Session Topic:

Brewed for Brilliance: Turn Information into Insight with NotebookLM

Discover how Google’s NotebookLM can help you quickly make sense of documents, research, and other sources. Join Shelly Waite-Bey for a beginner-friendly session on using NotebookLM to organize sources, ask targeted questions, generate summaries and create podcast-style audio overviews. Leave with a practical workflow to spend less time sorting through information and more time putting it to work. No technical background required!
