In & Out Store Tour

*Registration window April 10, 10:00 a.m.-April 16, 7:00 p.m.

Calling all 1st-8th grade students! Come tour In-N-Out and see what it’s like behind the scenes. Learn about the business and what it's like to prepare the burgers and french fries. Learn how a fast food business is run. Afterward, enjoy a complimentary In-N-Out meal.

Only five chaperones can participate in the tour. The remaining chaperones may wait in the dining area.

*Only students enrolled in 1st-8th grade may participate in the tour.

*Adults and children participating in our tour must wear closed-toe shoes. Younger siblings will not be permitted to attend the tour, even if held in a parent/adult's arms or in strollers, at the time.

*Complimentary meals are for the students and the five chaperones participating. Additional parents and siblings are welcome to wait in the Dining Room and may purchase a meal after the tour.

• Please no unenrolled siblings due to the request of the venue.
• Filming/videotaping is not permitted inside In-N-Out Burger restaurants.
• Photographs are only permitted in the dining room area.
• Failure to comply with any of the listed guidelines may result in the termination of any future school tours.

Info about our waitlist: If tickets are sold out, please reserve waitlist tickets for each person in your party. If tickets become available we will reach out to you.

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please let the field trip host know when you register your student.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Check in with Kacy Coalwell at 8:45 a.m. Tour will start promptly at 9 AM.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? This field trip is open to student who are in 1st-8th grade per In-N-Out guidelines. If you bring children/students who are not in 1st-8th grade they will need to wait in the dining area. Venue only allows 5 adults on the tour. Extra chaperones will need to wait in the dining area. One chaperone per family. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Ticketbud.

Is there on-site parking available? Yes, free parking is available.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No.
