2020 PAC Secret Garden Prom 2020

We are very excited to be hosting the 3rd annual PAC Prom! We look forward to another fantastic night of dancing and fun.

Please read and confirm you have read this when checking out.

**All 9-12th grade homeschool students are welcome to attend. Any one in attendance as a guest of a homeschool student MUST BE UNDER THE AGE OF 21.

-Dress & Behavior Expectations-

**Dress code for young ladies is modest formal attire. Dresses should have modest necklines, no cutouts, length and slits should be no shorter than 3" above the knee. Please be certain your dress meets dress code, since our policy this year and moving forward will be, we will NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO ENTER WHOSE DRESS DOES NOT MEET DRESS CODE. Anyone not allowed in due to dress code will not be given a refund. We will have examples of dresses allowed and those not allowed posted on Facebook: PAC Prom and on Instagram: pacprom2020.

**For young men, dress slacks with a tie, jacket or coat is preferred but not required. If you have any questions or doubts whether your attire meets modesty standards please contact Mari Fontana or Misty Taylor at pacprom2020@gmail.com.

**For the safety and security of all in attendance, no one will be allowed to leave the facility during the event. Students will not be permitted to gather outside the facility other than in the specified patio and gardens. No re-entry once they have left will be allowed.

**Chaperones will be available at all times and present for drop off and pick up. Parents who will be dropping off and picking up students will need to remain in the foyer while their guest is notified they are there to get them. This is for your student's safety, please be patient as that can mean you may have to wait a few minutes for us to notify your student.

**Code of conduct while in attendance is that which is expected at any PAC organized event. Anything less will be corrected and guest may be asked to leave and parent notified.**

**Covid-19**

**PAC Prom organizers and volunteers, as well as Stonebridge Gardens venue, will have extra measures of protection in place for attendants. Some of these measures will include, gloved servers in place to limit contact with serving utensils, tables limited to 6 persons and distanced 6ft. apart, indoor and outdoor seating, hand sanitizer will be available for use and all shared facilities will be cleaned each hour by the venue staff. While we will take added measures to reduce risk, participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. All attendees assume full responsibility and assumption of risk and will not hold PAC, the venue, or providers of services for the event responsible with respect to any and all illness, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
