End of the Year Renaissance Festival- Heartland Charter School

Hear Ye Hear Ye! You are cordially invited to join us for a day of merriment and celebration. You have poured months of work into your schooling, and it is now time to celebrate the approach of summer. There will be reenactors, a working trebuchet you can fire, games to play, quests to complete, snow cones available for purchase, vendors to meet, and even a magic show that is guaranteed to amaze. Costumes are always encouraged but not required. We cannot wait to see you there.

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Please check in at the check-in tent.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? All ages are welcome. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Ticketbud

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free, and carpooling is encouraged.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes, feel free to bring snacks or a picnic lunch.
