Please join us for Heartland’s Under the Stars Central Coast Prom. You are invited to a night full of fun, dancing, food, and friends! The festivities will begin at 6:30 PM in the beautiful Old Dominion Barn near Santa Maria and end at 9:30 PM. Hors d'oeuvres will be provided throughout the evening as well as drinks and a dessert bar. We will have a fantastic DJ and an awesome vintage trailer photo booth with picture strips that print out on the spot, and the option to send images to your phone.

Parents are welcome to come inside from 6:30-6:45 to take photos as well. This is a drop-off event. Heartland HSTs will be chaperoning. Parents must complete this waiver for each Heartland high schooler to attend this event. Heartland students may bring a guest from another high school up to age 20. All guests must complete our Guest Waiver and email it to Amy Goodman at amy.goodman@heartlandcharterschool.com. All attendees must show ID at check in table. (Student ID, Driver’s License, Driver Permit w/picture, State ID card) Here is a resource for students to order an ID card if necessary.)

Ticket cost: Each person needs their own ticket. This includes guests.

  • Tickets purchased March 3-16 $70.00
  • Tickets purchased after March 16 $75.00

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend if your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend, please contact the teacher who planned the event to let them know so we can offer your space to someone on the waitlist.

May I pay using my student's planning amount? No, tickets for this event must be paid for out of pocket.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? This event is for Heartland High School students and their guests only. If you purchase a ticket for a student not in at least 9th grade, the student will not be able to attend, and you will not receive a refund. Each guest must also purchase a ticket.

What are the check-in procedures? Check-in will be at the entrance to the barn and will open at 6:30 pm. There will be a table where students will check in. All students will be required to show ID at the door. Students will not be allowed to reenter if they leave at any point.

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Food and drinks will be provided.
