Baseball Camp with Adron Chambers

Baseball players aged 7-14 are invited to attend a fun and interactive 2 day camp at Tiger Point Park with former St. Louis Cardinal and World Series Champion Adron Chambers. Campers will be divided into age-appropriate groups and given instruction on all aspects of the game, with emphasis on hitting, fielding, and base running.

The cost to attend is $60 for both days, or $40 for one day. Payment is due in person at beginning of camp (cash or check), but attendees must register here in order to hold their places. Players should bring a bat, helmet, and glove. Cleats are recommended. Parents - feel free to wear your gym clothes and participate in the fun!

Adron Chambers is a Pensacola native. He attended Pensacola High School and was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 2007 amateur draft. He was called up by the Cardinals in 2011 and placed on their World Series Roster later that year. The lefty outfielder was known for his speed, athleticism, and ability to consistently hit above .275.

Since concluding his professional baseball career in 2018, Adron's focus has been passing on his love of baseball to the youth he helps through consulting with youth baseball teams, area camps, and privately instructing his clients. His combination of technical skill and emphasis on keeping baseball fun makes him an ideal candidate to coach players of all ages and skill levels.

This camp is a fundraiser for the Tiger Point 8U Landsharks travel baseball team, who are in their very first season in the division. The camp will be held at Tiger Point Park, where the Landsharks practice. The 8U Landsharks coaching staff will also assist.
