TICKETS

  You need to purchase a wristband ticket (a "Wristband") in order to attend ComplexCon Long Beach 2019. Wristbands must be worn at all times while attending ComplexCon.

  Only purchase ComplexCon Long Beach 2019 Wristbands from the official ComplexCon ticketing page (you're here!) If you purchase from another source, you risk purchasing a counterfeit or invalid Wristband. ComplexCon is not responsible for Wristbands purchased from unofficial sources.

  You cannot purchase more than a total of [2] VIP, [5] Early Entry, and [5] GA Wristbands per order.

CONFIRMATION

  Once you have ordered your Wristbands, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of ComplexCon. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam / junk folder.

SHIPPING

  If you live in the United States and you complete your Wristband purchase prior to October 16, 2019 10pm PST, you will receive your Wristband(s) by standard mail. If you live in the United States and you complete your Wristband purchase prior to October 21, 2019 10pm PST, you will receive your Wristband(s) by expedited mail.

  All international orders and US orders placed after October 21, 2019 10pm PST will be held at the Will Call counters on site at ComplexCon Long Beach.

  Need to view or update your shipping address? Click here for instructions. You will be able to update your shipping address until October 16, 2019 10pm PST if your order is being shipped via standard shipping and by October 21, 2019 10pm PST if your order is being shipped via expedited shipping.

MISPLACED WRISTBANDS

  Please keep your wristbands safe & secure! If you have misplaced your Wristband, that Wristband will be deactivated and you will be charged the full ticket price for a replacement.

CAPACITY

  ComplexCon(versations) and the Pigeons & Plane Stage have limited capacity and admittance for Early Entry & General Admission Wristband holders will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

  Access to ComplexCon is subject to compliance with our Code of Conduct and our Ticket Terms & Conditions.

  If you need any further information regarding your Wristband(s), please refer to the Ticket FAQ page. Additionally, please be sure to visit the Show FAQ on our website prior to attending to make sure you are prepared.

  Age Restrictions: All attendees age 6 or older need a Wristband to enter ComplexCon. Please note, ComplexCon Management recommends all individuals under the age of 18 attend with a parent or legal guardian. All individuals under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times at ComplexCon.

  Companions for those that require medical assistance need to buy a separate Wristband. If your companion will be provided by a company, please email us at ComplexConADA@ReedExpo.com so that we can help you make arrangements.

  All Wristband sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. ComplexCon is a rain or shine event. The Guest & Artist lineup is subject to change
