Meet Valerine Conerly:

Valerine is a Client Relations Specialist at United Heartland and has over 10 years of experience in the Workers Compensation industry. She has participated in the Alliance since attending an event at the National WC and Disability Conference in Las Vegas in 2018. She has previously worked as a work comp claim representative, as well as a team leader. She started her work comp career with The Hartford and has also worked for a TPA, Sedgwick. Her most recent role prior to joining United Heartland involved being an employer rep for a regional airline’s work comp program. Valerine attended undergrad at Louisiana State University and obtained a Mass Communications degree. She also attended University of Maryland University College and has an MBA. She resides in the DFW Metroplex and is a mom to two boys, Tyler and Kayden. In her spare time, she loves to read, listen to podcast and try new recipes. Valerine is passionate about improving diversity in the insurance industry and seeing women in leadership roles. She volunteers with her son’s Cubscout pack and is also a member of NAAIA.
