Join us for CommunityLove Co's Mind Body Intensive: Bay Area curated and cultivated by Anthony Ray Martinez and his CL Team. This event will be held at the beautiful, In The Groove Studios.

Dance professionals will lead workshops designed to elevate the mind, body, and soul. No matter your dance goals or previous experience, this event will provide tools to refine your movement and lead you to the best version of yourself. Classes that are elevated with intention and the devotion to helping people grow.
