MechaCon Omega Artisans Market

***Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, MechaCon Omega has been postponed until next year. The new dates are July 23-25, 2021. All tickets and tables purchased will be transferred to the new dates. You will receive a new confirmation with the new dates shortly.

MechaCon’s Artisan’s Market Registration will be available in 3 different waves again this year. This makes the process fair for all our potential artists and provides more opportunities to get a table since they sell very quickly.

The tickets will appear here once they are available.

The three registration windows are as follows:

Set 1 (first 1/3 of tables will go on sale): Friday, November 29th at 7:00 p.m. (CST) – Price $125.

Set 2 (next 1/3 of tables will go on sale): Saturday, January 18th at noon (CST) – Price $135.

Set 3 (last 1/3 of tables will go on sale): Sunday, March 15th at 3:00 p.m. (CST) – Price $145.

Each registration includes one 6’ wide x 30” deep table and one Convention Badge for the weekend. 

PLEASE NOTE! You may purchase one additional badge for an assistant to help at your table AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION ONLY for $45. After tables are sold, no additional Artist’s Assistant badges will be sold until at the convention, and they will be $60 at that time. Please be sure to add the assistant ticket to your cart if you would like an assistant. ASSISTANTS MUST BE ADDED WITHIN THE SAME TRANSACTION. Limit one assistant per table. No exceptions.
