Central Valley End of the Year Park Day-Heartland Charter School

Registration window March 6, 10:00 a.m. -May 14, 7:00 p.m.

School is almost out for the summer, and it is time to celebrate the end of another wonderful year at Heartland! Please join us for our End of the Year Park Day celebration. 

There will be games and activities to participate in and students will have the opportunity to win tickets for raffle prizes. 

Our wonderful vendors will be present for you to explore.

There will be food vendors present for purchase. Tacos, carnival foods, mini donuts, and more!

Best of all, Pacific Animal Productions will be featuring their exotic animals during two show times. The show will be the same each time, so we kindly ask that you only observe during one of the listed times to ensure that all students have a fair opportunity to experience the animals. The show will be from 10:45-11:15 OR 11:30-12:00. 

**The spray park may be turned on for your enjoyment!

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Please check-in at our Welcome Table when you arrive at the park. 

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? All ages are welcome. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Ticketbud

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes, feel free to bring snacks or a picnic lunch. There will be food and drinks available for purchase as well.
