If this is your first sound healing session, you're in for a wonderful experience. If you've joined us before, we can't wait to see you again.
Please arrive between 6:45–7:00 PM so we can begin promptly. Wear comfortable clothing (think yoga attire) and bring a yoga mat if you have one (extras will be available). Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, bolster, or anything else that will help you relax.
