Mastering the Art of Facilitation: A Workshop for M&E Practitioners

This dynamic workshop is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills to facilitate meetings and workshops.
Overview of curriculum:
The course covers:
- The facilitation process
- Facilitation roles and responsibilities
- Various facilitation techniques, including when and how to use them for best effect
- Active Listening
- Group Dynamics
- Characteristics of Good Facilitation
- Energisers and Ice breakers
- Addressing difficult people situations
Target Audience: Researchers, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and development professionals who are at varying stages of their career and involved in conducting a workshop or a meeting. You don't need formal training as a M&E practitioner to be part of this course.
Delivery: The workshop is via Zoom and an online Learning Management System. It combines 3 live sessions with the facilitator and 3 sessions of self-paced learning utilising an online Learning Management System.
The course is highly interactive with role-play and simulations.

All live sessions begin at 12 noon EST/ 6:00pm CET. Run time is 2 hours
