Zach and Friends

Zach Bushey is a local jazz saxophonist, composer and educator from Shrewsbury, MA. He began playing saxophone at age 10, learning how to play jazz primarily through the Joy of Music Program in Worcester.

He has earned a Bachelors of Music at the University of the Pacific in 2021, and is currently studying music composition at The University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Zach is one of the youngest artists to play at the Soular Jazz Concert Series and is also one of its most local. Hear Zach and his young group take you on a musical journey on this very special evening of music.
