Yoga is about balance—within ourselves and with the world around us. It purifies body, mind, and soul, deepens our connection to nature, and nurtures qualities like awareness, compassion, and peace. Practiced in communities, it guides us toward sustainable living. Please arrive 15 minutes early to bein a peaceful yoga day.

All ages are welcome. Skill level required - beginner to intermediate. Open to the public.
