This event will kick off our new series of culinary workshops, where we invite a small group to the Caromont Kitchen to partake in an interactive evening of cooking, learning, and sharing our final product around the table. These workshops will be casual and intimate, focusing more on ingredients, food, and company, than recipes and technique.
This first workshop will be inspired by Caromont owner, Gail Hobbs-Page's time behind the stove at Charlottesville's beloved, Hamilton's at First and Main. She will be recreating some her favorite "Blue Plate Specials" from her days as a chef. This meal will be vegetarian and you will be well fed!
10 person limit (so we can all fit around the farm table!)
