This workshop is designed to introduce persons to the fundamentals of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)
Overview of curriculum:
By the end of the course persons will be able to:
- Describe what a Results Chain is
- Distinguish among activities, input, output, outcome and impact
- Develop proper indicators
- Explain the Logical Framework
- Explain Theory of Change
- Design a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System
- Explain baselines,targets etc.
- Describe MEL methods suited for their context
- Describe a gender-responsive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System
- Explain how to have a 'de-colonised' M&E System
- Use Artificial Intelligence for MEL purposes
Target Audience: Anyone who wishes to learn the fundamentals of Monitoring and Evaluation.
Delivery: The workshop is via Zoom and an online Learning Management System. It combines 2 live sessions with the facilitator and 2 sessions of self-paced learning utilising an online Learning Management System.
The course is highly interactive with role-play and simulations.

- Tuesday, August 6, 2024 ( self-paced) - 1 hour

All live sessions begin at 10am EST/ 4:00pm CET. Run time is 2 hours
