Shivaree Jeep Show

Vehicles will be judged and at Awards 3:30pm

·       Vehicle set up is Saturday morning from 10 – 11 a.m. Jeeps will set up in the grassy area between the Stanley Chevrolet and Stanley Dodge buildings 

(106 – 210 TX Bus 36, Gatesville TX)

·       Vehicle removal is no earlier than 3:30 – 4:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon

·       Judging categories are: 

 BEST IN SHOW, $100.

BEST MODIFIED, $!00

and CLASSIC $100

·       Exhibitor may not set up or remove vehicle outside established set up / removal times without permission from the Shivaree Committee.

·       Exhibitor understands this is an outdoor event with no covered areas.

·       No electricity is available.

·       If Exhibitor rejects these rules or fails to observe these rules during the show, this may be cause to dismiss / disqualify Exhibitor from the show.

·       Exhibitor is responsible for keeping their immediate area cleaned up during the show and upon departure from the show.

·       Show Entry fees:

o   $35 Early Entry fee by 5 p.m. 3 May includes T-Shirt

$35 Early Entry fee by 5 p.m. 3 May includes T-Shirt

o   $40 Entry Fee after 5 p.m. 3 May with no T-shirt

·       Show Entry fees may be paid by:

o   Check or money order (payable to Gatesville Chamber of Commerce) 

o   Credit card (3% processing fee will be charged)

o   Cash

·       Applications will not be accepted without entry fee payment
