Dive Into College Athletics at CSUB!
Give your students an unforgettable behind-the-scenes look at college athletics with a special visit to California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB), led by the CSUB swimming and diving team’s head coach and members of the team!
During this exciting educational field trip, students will tour the CSUB campus alongside the CSUB head coach and divers, gaining an inside look at college life and what it takes to compete at the collegiate level. The coach and student-athletes will share their experiences and provide an authentic perspective on balancing academics, athletics, time management, goal-setting, and life as a college student.
The experience will then come alive at a CSUB swim meet, where students can watch collegiate swimmers and divers compete at a high level. Rather than simply watching a sporting event, students will have the opportunity to observe teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, perseverance, and the dedication required to succeed as a student-athlete.
What Makes This Experience Exceptional?
-A guided CSUB campus tour led by the swimming and diving team’s head coach and members of the team.
-A firsthand look at college life and athletics, giving students the opportunity to see what a university experience can look like.
-Direct exposure to collegiate student-athletes, providing positive role models and insight into the commitment required to compete at the college level.
-An educational look at balancing academics and athletics, including time management, goal-setting, discipline, and dedication.
-A behind-the-scenes perspective on swimming and diving, helping students understand the training and preparation involved in collegiate competition.

This field trip is designed to be more than a day on a college campus—it is an opportunity for students to experience college, meet inspiring student-athletes, explore possibilities for their future, and see firsthand what dedication and teamwork can accomplish. Students will leave with new knowledge, memorable experiences, and a greater understanding of the academic and athletic opportunities available to them after high school.

Step 2: Place your Order in Procurify
