This Plant, Weed and Feed Workshop covers a lot of important information for food gardeners. Learning the best ways to plant starters into your garden or patio pots; how to identify weeds and your organic fertilization options are all covered in this hands on event. This workshop is for beginner home gardeners, or experienced gardeners who want a refresher course. All of the information shared is geared towards organic food gardening. All participants will have the opportunity to install starter plants, direct sow seeds, identify and pull weeds; as well as apply different types of granular and foliar organic fertilizers during the workshop. This is an adult workshop, but mature teens are also welcome. No supplies are needed. Online registration is required at least 24 hours PRIOR to the workshop.
