First Annual TIERS Gala

Come attend the 1st annual TIERS Gala, a banquet-style fundraiser to bring together our communities and demonstrate our commitment to the health of our neighbors. Scheduled for August 23rd, 2025, this banquet fundraiser will bring together local community members, businesses, leaders, and supporters who desire continued sustainable health and medical services through our small-town agency.

$2,000 | Presenting Sponsor: Includes 8 tickets, 20 raffle tickets, with recognition throughout the event, social media, website, and program.

$1,000 | Gold Sponsor: Includes 6 tickets, 15 raffle tickets, with recognition throughout the event, social media, and program.

$500 | Silver Sponsor: Includes 4 tickets, 10 raffle tickets, with recognition throughout the event, social media, and program.

$250 | Bronze Sponsor: Includes 2 tickets, 5 raffle tickets, with recognition throughout the event, social media, and program.
