Freedom Flow — Memorial Weekend Sunset Yoga at Oak Creek Preserve
Ease into Memorial Day weekend with an evening of mindful movement, refreshing connection, and good food under the setting sun.
Join us at Oak Creek Preserve, a private 180-acre retreat nestled in Central Florida, for Freedom Flow—a community yoga event that blends nature, nourishment, and togetherness.
🧘♀️ We'll begin with a heart-opening sunset slow flow at 6:30 PM, guiding you through intentional movement and breath as the sun sets over the pastures. Yoga will be led by Julie Anne, a trauma informed RYT. This flow is designed for all levels and ends with grounding postures and savasana to calm the body and soul.
🌊 Arrive early at 5:30 PM to take a dip in our peaceful pool before class. Cool off, connect, and enjoy the beauty of the land.
🥗 After yoga, we’ll gather for a community potluck—please bring a favorite appetizer to share as we break bread. There’s no better way to welcome a long weekend than in good company, surrounded by nature.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Swimsuit & towel (if you plan to swim)
- Water bottle
- An appetizer to share
- Journal
- Your beautiful self
