OKC/Edmond NPLS - Marnie Taylor - November 17th

Marnie Taylor has served as president and CEO of the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits since January 2011, after serving on the board of directors for several years. A graduate of Notre Dame, Taylor brings over 40 years of leadership in volunteerism, board service, fundraising, and community engagement.

Taylor has served on more than 30 boards throughout her career and currently serves as board chair of the National Council of Nonprofits. Under her leadership, the center has grown from 25 members to nearly 1,000, providing training, consultation, and resources that promote best practices in management and governance for Oklahoma’s charitable sector.

A BoardSource-certified consultant and recognized governance expert, Taylor has been honored as Journal Record’s “Woman of the Year” in 2013, “Most Admired CEO” in 2019, and received numerous other awards for her community service and nonprofit leadership. She currently serves on the boards of the Potts Family Foundation and Sunbeam Family Services.
