Joe is offering Strong Yoga Classes in Jersey in June and July.
The Strong Yoga classes will be 90 mins and support you in building strength and mobility, growing in your yoga practice and exploring fun peak poses. The classes utilise modern yoga practices and mobility drills to really prepare the body for the peak pose - which will be taught in a workshop style.
You’ll challenge yourself.

June classes:
🧭 Tuesday, 9 June (6-7.30pm): The Inner Compass (Side bends, hips and hamstrings).
💃 Saturday, 13 June (10-11:30am): Dance with Life (Spinal Mobility, Backbends and Balancing).
🐦⬛ Tuesday, 16 June (6-7.30pm): The Way it Crows (Inversions, Shoulder Mobility and Core).
🐵 Saturday, 20 June (10-11:30am): Step into the Unknown (Hamstrings and Hips Flexors).
🌀 Tuesday, 23 June (6-7.30pm): Twist and Fly (Shoulders, Twists and Inversions).
🤸 Saturday, 27 June (10-11:30am): Upside Down (Shoulder strength, core line integration).
🥞 Tuesday, 30 June (6-7.30pm): Pancake Day (Hip flexors, hamstrings and adductors).
The Strong Yoga classes are available for people with all levels of experience, and options will be provided throughout. However, the class will have a challenging or 'intermediate’ feel.
The classes are £17 per class (+ online booking fees).
