The Strong Yoga: Journey to Splits classes will be 90 mins and provide you with an opportunity to regularly train the strength and mobility required for you to progress in your front and middle splits practices. The classes utilise modern yoga practices and mobility drills to really prepare the body for these two poses. And, the amazing things about training for these two poses, it will support many other yoga poses too - dancers, pancake, compass, flying scissors, bird of paradise, firefly ...

The Strong Yoga: Journey to Splits classes are available for people with all levels of experience, and options will be provided throughout. However, the class will have a challenging or 'intermediateโ feel.
The classes are ยฃ17 per class (+ online booking fees).ย
