Tamale Season is upon us !
Learn how to work, season and prepare masa, which we feel is the key component to the best tamales.
This hands on workshop will be led by Diana; owner of Diana's Tacos, Birria and Tamales. She will guide you thru the beginning of the husk prep to the steaming and storing, with the main focus on masa and spreading.
Each attendee will receive; A tamale dinner plate, embroidered apron, essential spreading supplies & plus a meat and masa recipe.
All tamales made in the class will be cooked and given out to the less fortunate.
Seating is very limited.
