Planning by the Beach

Welcome to Planning by the Beach! Come join us in sunny South Florida on July 15th and 16th to plan, craft and be inspired by all the amazing speakers and presenters we have lined up!

Tickers are non-refundable. They are however transferable if need be. This can take place up until June 15th to allow for changes to be made. Please send us an email to thepapergardengals@gmail.com with all of your information plus the information of the person who will be the new ticket holder.

On Friday July 15th from 7:00 - 9:00 pm EST we will have a welcome/reception party at the DoubleTree Hotel (address included below). Appetizers and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

On Saturday July 16th from 7:45 - 9:00 am EST breakfast will be served outside of the ballroom where the event will be held and there will be a box lunch served on Saturday as well.

Saturday will be an all day event with speakers, workshops and more! Lunch will also be included so please make sure to check your selections when purchasing tickets.

There will also be a live Plan with Me at this event so make sure to bring your planners or journals with you!

Please make sure that your name and Instagram handle are spelled correctly as this is what we will use for your badge.

Information about the room block will be coming this week so stay tuned for that as well!

For those coming from out of town the closest airport is Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) in West Palm Beach.
