DeafPlus Conference test

Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) and Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) are excited to announce our upcoming Deaf Plus Conference, an event dedicated to raising awareness about intellectual development and disabilities within the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deafblind communities.
