About Our Speaker - Greta Strief, MS
Greta is a consultant, positive psychology coach, facilitator, and well-being enthusiast. Before launching a consultancy, Greta spent fifteen years in Fortune 100 and 500 companies in experience design, change management, innovation, business transformation, and process improvement. She earned a graduate degree in positive psychology from the University of Missouri, a master's in health and industrial-organization psychology from Grand Canyon University, and is a certified positive psychology coach. Using her extensive experience, education, and passion for understanding people, Greta helps individuals and organizations reimagine the human experience. She helps individuals connect with their core values, strengths, and challenge their inner narrative so they can move towards a bright, inspiring future. Greta partners with organizations to create exceptional experiences, connect with their customers’ needs, increase human capital, and build human-centered design capabilities. She has experience working with start-ups and industry leaders in agriculture, finance, banking, manufacturing, and insurance.
Greta’s zest for improving the lives of people and the organizations that serve them extends to her personal life. You can find her dancing with friends at the Y, teaching yoga, experimenting with new ways to serve kale to her family (including her three dogs) and listening to house music.
