Award-winning children’s and YA author Susanna Reich is a former publicist and account services manager at Raab Associates, a children’s book publicity and marketing agency. Her recent books include Stand Up and Sing! Pete Seeger, Folk Music and the Path to Justice, Fab Four Friends: The Boys Who Became the Beatles and Minette’s Feast: The Delicious Story of Julia Child and Her Cat. Susanna is the 2018 recipient of the Rip Van Winkle Award for Outstanding Contributions to Children’s Literature and the Alice Curtis Desmond Award. The Immediate Past Chair of PEN America’s Children’s Book Committee, she lives with her husband, children’s book author Gary Golio, in Briarcliff Manor.
