Pizza Making at Old Towne Pizza-Heartland Charter School

Registration window October 15, 10:00 a.m. - October 22, 7:00 p.m.

Come and learn how Old Towne Pizza makes pizzas! You will learn the process from dough to finished product. Afterward, you will have a chance to make your own mini pizza to take home.

Ticket cost:

• Children/students age 3+-$8.00
• infants/children age 0-2 FREE (Will not be making a pizza)
• Chaperones-FREE (Chaperones will not be making a pizza)

There are two time slots to choose from. (One per family please)

• 10:00-11:30
• 11:30-1:00

Choose the ticket with the time slot that works best for your family.

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher, who planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you.* Families who are no-shows may lose access to future field trips.*

May I pay using my student's planning amount? No, since this field trip includes food, families must pay out of pocket with a credit card.

What are the check-in procedures? Check in with the teacher 15 mins before start time.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All ages are welcome. Only one chaperone per family due to limited space.

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Water is okay.
