Everyone is welcome at the tuf table and we can not wait to gather with our vegan enthusiasts to experience the farm to table joy of the harvest.
tufLocal welcomes you to Triangle Urban Farm to eat well and be happy. Join us for a night of storytelling through food as we celebrate the village behind the dinner plate. The incredibly talented chef Dori Blau will walk us through a fall harvest dinner made with love, a southern flair and the freshest, local ingredients possible.
The evening will begin with a tour of the farm where you will experience kitchen to table gardens, aeroponic growing towers and farm animals to fall in love with. You will sink into the beautiful surroundings as you connect and escape your everyday life for the evening.
Dinner will be seated at a long outdoor table under the glow of the setting sun and ambience of soft cafe lights. Beautiful flowers and foraged plants will adorn the table to welcome conversation and incredible food.
You will leave full, happy and feeling passionate about your food and where it comes from.

We make mealtime meaningful on the farm and at your dinner table!
Charcuterie, mingle and explore starts at 5:30pm. Dinner starts at 6:30p.

Soup
Ginger Carrot & Apple Soup garnished with DF Creme Fraiche and a Crunchy Apple Chip
Salad
Roasted Beets, Pickled Red Onion, Candied Walnuts, Dairy Free Crumbled Cheese, on a bed of TUF Sexy Lettuce, drizzled with a Balsamic Vinaigrette
Entrees
Herb Crusted Local Tempeh from By the Brook with a pomegranate glaze
Cranberry Cider Wild Mushroom Stew with Root Vegetables
Sides
Shaved Brussel Sprouts, Pomegranate Seeds Drizzled with Warm Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Wild Rice with Roasted Butternut Squash, Crispy Chickpeas, Roasted Apple, Wilted Kale and Honey Spiced Pecans
Vegan Creamy Thyme and Roasted Garlic Parsnip Puree

Salted Caramel Banana Pudding served with a side of Salted Caramel Sauce
Wherever possible, everything served will be grown and harvested from NC and in many cases, the triangle.
