Event Description

A class, a supper, new knowledge, new friends, and sausage to take home! 

What $65 gets you:

• Two and a half hour sausage making class
• A three course family-style sit down supper
• A recipe and technique booklet 
• Two packages of sausage to take home

                    The Class

Learn the full process from writing a recipe, properly scaling the recipe out, grinding the meat with other ingredients, mixing the sausage, and finally stuffing it into natural hog casings. We will make two kinds of sausage:

                  Herbs de Provence and Jalapeño - Cheddar Bratwurst

                  The Supper

A three course family style meal will be served featuring the sausage we made in class.  Craft beer will be available.  Enjoy the time to sit around the table with your instructor and classmates to chat about meat, or whatever comes up.  
 

                             Pâté and Pickle Plate

            Housemade pork pâté, lardo, and eclectic pickled vegetables
 

                                       Greens

                      local greens, preserved lemon vinaigrette, diakon
 

                                        Pasta 

       herbs de provence sausage (made in class), honey- wine sauce 

                                      Carrot Cake 

                                                  pistachio butter 



Space is limited to 20 people.  Class is open to adults and children 12+ (accompanied by an adult)
