Sexual harassment in social settings and the workplace are increasingly a problem for women today.  The threat of danger with physical assault or rape is a constant possibility.  For those women that have already experienced those tragic circumstances how does one recover and become empowered for a better future?

It’s time to FIGHT BACK!  These topics will be addressed in our Women’s 4 Week Self Defense Course that includes two seminars on De-escalating sexual harassment, how to defend oneself in the case of assault, how to prevent rape and most importantly how to become a stronger human being no matter the circumstance.  

Our owner Myron Gaudet has 35 years Martial Arts experience training men and women how to defend them self and 20 years experience as a police officer where he has seen it all and given seminars throughout the state on these exact topics.  He will be leading the charge with you and training you how to keep yourself safe and protected for a lifetime to come.

This training is a must for every woman in the New Orleans area, but we are limiting this opportunity to the first 15 women who enroll.

This course is for people with no or little experience in self defense or fitness.  It is for any age, but can be for women as young as 14 years old.

The enroll date is March 21st between 5-8pm at Mushin Training Center!

The graduation date for this course is April 18th!
