“Where Is Your Groom?” is a play that crosses ethnic boundaries and delivers shared laughs as it follows the story of an Armenian-American family’s quest to find their daughter (Lara) a suitable husband. The themes of assimilation, cultural identity and generational divides take center stage in this warm-hearted comedy that shows the lengths one family will go to in order to maintain their ethnic ties while living in America.

The cast and crew of the play “Where’s Your Groom?” (Pesad Oor Eh) are a group of spirited and enthusiastic young Armenian-Americans who want to put the cultural elements of being Diasporan Armenians on stage in an entertaining manner.
