Spain Fusion 2023

Join Spain Fusion by Vocento, the team behind Madrid Fusion events all over Spain, for an exclusive, immersive food and wine educational experience in support of Foods and Wine from Spain. Join us for a day of panels, tastings and meetings with Spain's top exporters of wine, olive oil, cheese, Iberian ham, and more. This event is free and geared towards the culinary and hospitality industry. Join in one of four Texas major metro markets from Monday, May 15 through Monday, May 22.

Day programming takes place from 12 - 6 PM followed by "Spain Night Out" from 7 - 10 PM at each cities respective hotel. Speakers for this year’s Spain Fusion include Chef Danny Lledó from Washington D.C.’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Xiquet; Chef Mat Schuster from San Francisco's Canela Bistró; and Chef Periko Ortega from Recomiendo in Córdoba, Spain. Join one or both programs for a day of tastings, panels and enjoying some of Spain’s finest food and wine.
