Join Dr. Christopher Phelps and Dr. Tom Larkin in

You'll learn about the science of Kolbe and how Dr. Phelps'

On Day 2 we'll be visiting some of the top Bourbon
producers in the world, each with their own unique tasting
experience. We'll learn how Bourbon is made, it's history
of how it came about as well as the subtle nuances
between the brands that makes each one unique.
