CREW Upstate presents our 2020 Luncheon Series: THE YEAR OF THE DEAL

Site Feasibility

Ever wonder what physical aspects of a site make it feasible for development? This virtual luncheon will explore the ways a deal is analyzed from the perspective of an attorney, environmental professional, and a civil/geotechnical engineer. We will explore the following areas of site development feasibility:

  • Risk tolerance of possible environmental issues
  • Civil design and geotechnical aspects of the due diligence process
  • Title search process
