Join us for a panel discussion exploring the types of affordable housing developments and opportunities in the affordable housing market in the Upstate. This conversation will help us understand the benefits of these developments for our communities and our businesses. Tammie, Tina, and Stacey bring perspectives from the development, non-profit, governmental, and contractor roles in affordable housing developments. Learn about exciting projects that are completed, are underway, and are on the horizon!

Over her past 19 years in the construction industry, Laurie Gregory has managed a wide variety of project types; including residential, commercial, and industrial. She is currently a Project Manager at Creative Builders, here in Greenville, SC where she is happy to work with a great team which includes several other female project managers, and some very sharp young ladies coming up the ranks.Laurie has maintained a passion for community engagement in the upstate throughout her career, and has volunteered with Habitat and the United Way on several projects focused on housing our vulnerable populations. She is currently an adjunct instructor at Greenville Technical College, working to develop our next generation of civic minded construction professionals.
