Little Uvas Creek

Explore this limited access Open Space Preserve for migrants and waterfowl. Property includes four small ponds and pine-oak woodland. Easy 1.5 mile loop with a few easy slopes, can be rocky in spots.

Directions:  From US-101, exit Bailey Ave. Continue west on Bailey Ave for 3 miles, then turn left on McKean Rd. After 2.4 miles, McKean becomes Uvas Rd. Continue on Uvas for 5.2 miles. The entrance to the property is on your right, at the gate marked UC01, about 1 mile after the road crosses Uvas Creek.

Facilities: porta potty, no water, cell coverage may be intermittent or non-existent
