Box Canyon Balloons & Bluegrass Fest - Feb 4-6, 2022. Hot air balloons & Bluegrass bands. On-site camping, food trucks, merchandise vendors, beer gardens and more! Family fun event for the whole weekend with two great events wrapped into one! 12 and under are FREE with paid adult.

About the Venue: This event will be held outside. The Bluegrass portion of the event will be held under a large shade structure, but sunshine will be abundant for those seeking the sun. We will have multiple food trucks and beverage choices throughout the weekend. Campsites will be 25' x 60' and have NO hookups; please come prepared. We will have port-a-potty's placed throughout the campground.

What Bluegrass Bands Will Be Here? We've been lucky enough to secure some of the best Bluegrass bands in Arizona! Romen Buffalo & The Loyal Order, The Sonoran Dogs, Incidental Bluegrass, Scotty & The Rented Mules, and Jam Pak will be at our inaugural Balloon & Bluegrass Festival - We can't wait! Bands will be on the main stage on Saturday & Sunday from 11AM until dark.

What about the Hot Air Balloons? There will be approximately 20 Hot Air Balloons in attendance. At day break on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday you can see the Balloons fly. Saturday and Sunday you'll get a chance to take a tethered balloon ride. Saturday at dark we'll be having our balloon glow - you need to see this, it's magical!

Camping: We have a limited number of campsites available, get yours early. Campsites are 25x50 and do NOT have hookups (no water, power or sewage) come prepared. Camping is one of the best parts of a good ol' Bluegrass Fest... Listen to and meet pickers every night as they stroll around the campgrounds. You must have a General Admission bracelet to enter the campground. Pets are allowed, but must be on a leash at ALL times, no exceptions. NO open flames other than propane.

More Details: Event and Camping tickets are non refundable. This is a rain or shine event. Balloon launches and glow fest will be dependent upon weather; if it's too windy, balloons will not fly. NO carry-ins allowed. NO weapons. NO backpacks. Clear bags are recommended. Bring your lawn chair and blanket and be ready for a great time!
