"Portals" is a visionary work by critically acclaimed choreographer and Zikr Artistic Director David Taylor, featuring a stunning new set by Jeff Rusnak and Modular Creations, mesmerizing special effects by Travis Powell and Deep Space Drive-In, masks and visual art by George Peters and breathtaking costumes and music,

Portals will explore the hidden realms of dance ritual in other dimensions, all stemming from a mosaic of forms of atonement and transcendence throughout world history. Also on the program will be the company's signature work and audience favorite, "In Your Eyes.”
