CREW Upstate has the opportunity to tour the much anticipated County Square Redevelopment. Shannon Herman with Greenville County will give us an overview detailing project inception and goals as well as a look into governmental needs for an administration facility. Laurie Gregory with DPR will give us a tour of the site, offering a look into the construction process as well as final product.

There will be a happy hour immediately following the tour at The Eighth State Brewing Company just up the street (400 Augusta St, Greenville, SC 29601)!

*Since the project is still an active construction site, proper PPE is required. This consists of long pants, closed toe shoes, hard hats, safety glasses, safety gloves and high-visibility vests. Please bring any and all PPE that you have as other members may be in need. Please reach out to brittany.farrar@cbre.com if you do not have the above mentioned items.

**Parking will be available in the County Square lot adjacent to the building. Carpooling is encouraged.

***We will all meet for a quick safety orientation in the DPR job trailer before we head out on site. Space is limited, so register today!
